In early 2016, I was a burnt out corporate employee - totally uninspired but stuck in a job that most people would love. It had stability, great pay, and benefits - and I had three little kids and a husband to think about. Everything changed when I discovered this cool new beauty trend - Microblading! I became fascinated in 2013 and by 2016 I realized there was no one near me in the midwest doing it. With a little urging from my husband, we dipped into our savings and I enrolled in a class.

I built a website and started an Instagram page, and Brow Envy was born. Initially the plan was to do brows part time, and make just enough money to quit my job. But God had other plans. Within 2 months of starting, I had booked ALL of my time and decided to take a huge leap of faith. I QUIT MY JOB!

I started in a small salon suite, before finding a space to rent in Glendale in 2017, where we began assembling a team of lash and brow artists. In 2018, we opened a second location in Columbus, and in 2019 we opened our permanent makeup training facility in Lebanon, OH.

​

Brow Envy has organically developed into a place that supports women in every way - we have a team of women, who balance motherhood, work, and the demands of the world while giving other women brows, lashes and beauty to make them feel amazing! We strive to make every woman who walks through that door feel strong and confident. We teach every class to help women be more independent and find financial and time freedom.
